After looking for the waterproof and oil-proof mascara for months, I eventually find the best one - RMK.
Since my eyes produce a lot of tear +/- oil from the skin, no matter what brands that I've used, I will end up with panda eyes in the very early afternoon of the day. Very scary!!!
Let me tell you what I've tried: Beaute de Kose, DeJavu Fiberwig, Missha, Guerlain, Benefit and all failed, at least on me.
After using RMK(2-ended one), I don't have to worry any more. No more panda eyes. Though it's not cheap, it worths the price.
