But you have to walk about 10-15 minutes from the carpark to Conrad.

There is a government office car park just opposite the Hong Kong Park, private cars are allowed to park there after office hours, ie weekdays night time, Saturday not sure just pm or whole day, and Sunday is definitely whole day. $18 per hour
