you know... I've already very 'e lai' jenie la..... 99 she of course will help me as I can't take a long holidays, only 5 days leave.. so others either 99 or my mom to take care of heib.
my case :
Jun 05 new maid came from indo.
(she is newly married, then came to my home, work so hard, earn $ for her family)
Jun 07 will end contract.
I asked if she would like to have 2nd contract with me last week.
she said. . . . 15/16. . . . i can feel that, on 1 side, she want to earn $, but another side, she want to give birth to bb & miss her hubby!!
as she is now 25, next yr 26 hv bb ; or 1 more contract, 28 then have bb. (i guess her concern)
if she confirm not to do, then I employ new 1 lar!! by luck!! FINE then!!
however, what my worry is that. . . . . if she say yes, I work 1 more contract!!

actually same to me what I'm concerned now ga.. because my heib told me that jenie will get marry end of Dec in Philippines, also worry she won't be back or even back.. but pregnant!
But she is doing very well... so I chose to 'pok' 50/50, give her what she requested (ticket to philippines plue one more domestic total HK$2850). hope she can understand la..
for you... if she is doing well, I'll choose same 'pok' as you are not easy to find a maid who doesn't mind to take care 2 kids law...anyway that's my feelings only..

yr cases... seems "搏吓" is the only way to do... cos both of your maids perform very well & you don't want to change maids.
Hereunder are some opinions for you...
1) afraid to be pregnant
before leave HK, inject避x針.
2) afraid not return
ask whether the agent will do any to protect you... like 徵some$ & give it back to them once they return!!!
3) afraid home-sick
try to 開解 & 分散their attention!!!
Benben... as to yr case, you can try to discuss w/yr maid to see whether she can postpone her vacation to some months later.......................... although there's still a chance that she might not come back, at least you earn some months (yr kids grow more, the dependent level will decrease a bit... I think). But I guess she may not like to do that..........
