my case: i tried the so-called fastest agency. they promised 2-4 weeks. but it turned out 6 months! you never know what the HKG immigration dept is doing. their hotline is always busy. i tried to fax them but no reply. they just keep the case pending until i called 1823.
my advice: don't expect too much. i now hire a 'finished contract' indo. afraid of the long wait... good luck!
