This incident reminds me around 2 years ago, my daughter is having fever 104 at midnight. I brought her to TKO hospital immediately. Because I was too nervous, I forgot to bring her birthcert. At the counter, the staff said as no birth cert is shown, hospital will not accept her. I asked whether the birthcert can be "後補", he said cannot. He said you should go back to get the birthcert and come again!
I argued with him until I cried(I was too worry about my baby). Finally, he let me register.
I won't forget in my life how cruel the staff is!!!
