Maybe you can try at around 10-11pm each night, bring him/her to bb room (only you and him/her), then let BB plays for about 30mins.....and then tell BB you gonna turn the TV and light off because its sleeping tim.
Then put BB in the bed and try to not talk to BB....and I think he will go to sleep very soon.
I used this method to trained Hayden and it works!!
