In fact according to World Health Organization, for both BF BB and formula BB, they should start solid food at 6 months old. Because starting solids earlier will reduce the absorption of milk in their intestines. So what you think is good for BB will actually be bad.
But I understand you being 心急, as I also couldn't wait till 6 months too...I started at 5.5 months ah!
