So how old is your boy? I tried to give my boy plump-juice, honey-water... still don't work...
Sometimes there will have trace of blood in the poo-poo... because he "pushes" the poo-poo too hard :-( But the doctor only said it's no harm and only instructed me to give him water and vegetable... (I know!!!But it's hard to force him...)
