Baby cereal 糊仔 is more nutritious than 粥仔, my son never likes 粥仔 so he solely ate 糊仔. He has always been healthy and strong. I do add different kinds of mashed cooked vegetables, meat, fish and fruits to his 糊仔. He can also try various kinds of grains with 糊仔, not just plain rice as in 粥仔. :lol:
