You may try (Gain for 1-3 years old ) Abbott. My son had severe constipation too (No bowel opening over 3-4 days) when I switched him from breastfeeding to formula feeding (S-26). After I gave him (Similar for 0-6 months old) Abbott, the problem of constipation solved.
