My boy also started sentences at his 19mth, he happens to have the same issue recently (21mth), I learnt from book that it's because his speech is getting well developed and he thinks quicker than he can physically speak. It is warned that as parents should not tease the kid when this happens and should not urge the kid to speak faster nor to speak on his behalf, treat this as natural as possible. Never address this to him otherwise it will endure longer than it should.
