I have once issued a warning letter to my maid 2 months ago due to her impoliteness.
I prepared 2 copies of warning letter detailing the matters of warning, date and time of the incident etc. Both letters were signed by myself and acknowledged by the maid. One of the copy is for my retention and the other one is for her.
