係呀,一定要講家規同時間表.重要自己講一次,Agent講兩次.叫agent既印尼人做翻譯.如果唔係佢地分分鐘激死妳都有份.
初初黎唔使對個工人咁好.做耐左先慢慢對佢地好都未遲.如果一開始對佢地太好,咁妳就有排煩.

(a)state all house rules and ask her to acknowledge
(b) set the time table for her to follow and supervise her works particularly in the first three months
(c) give her monthly report on the performance (optional) and pass one copy to the agent; this apply to new maids from phillipines and most of the time it works.

(a) and (b) are important as they will form the basis for you to assess her performance and for them to follow your requirements.
