I have apply a job through the agency, but he need me to sign a contract to pay $ if I quit the job within the first month, do I need to sign that? please help.
Anyone heard that before? is it a trap?

if u like the job very much, then u have to sign la. But I never heard of signing such contract wor.

My job is from a large company and I have already signed the contract for the job.
But my job refer agency need me to sign another agreement to them. they need me to guarantee don't quit so quick or else I need to pay for 1/10 of the salary.
Don't know how to do, I'm afraid it's a trap.
