Disneyland Hotel 退訂

我一月初至會去Disneyland Hotel, 但聽聞hotel口碑唔好, 而家想cancel booking, 係咪可以全數退$? 要收handling charge 嗎?

I just cancelled my hotel booking, they had totally
re-fund all $$ to my credit card account. didn't hv any handling charges, don't worry.
