it is a bit trouble, I order something from Gmarket May 18.
up to today, still have 1 shipment not yet ship out. The rest 3 already received.
I give the local address to delivery.
On Monday May 22 the seller still not arrange shipment, I message them they said my address is not clear, can't ship and ask me to contact to CS.
I Live chat to CS they ask me the address in Korean, we pass to them yesterday, today I ask the seller when will arrange shipment, they still ask me for the address. Then I ask CS again, they ask me the address again... then they said o, they find it, so they didn't do anything yesterday. After that I check with seller, they said address ok, now ask me for the phone no. All detail I have input when I order...
Up to now, still not yet arrange...
I need to get it by Thursday before leaving Korea, otherwise will cancel the order.
Feel like the seller don't want to sell maybe I using too much coupon make it too cheap.
So trouble..
