I just made reservation via HSBx Premier Master Card promotion - $250 Airport Limousine service if having two >$800 card spending within 30 days.

You may check if similar promotion in other visa/master cards.

One more additional info, I guess the passengers of the car service can be different from the visa card holder, but $250 will be charged via credit card.
