有沒有人有經驗? 要注意什麼?

如果個賓從未打過工; 耍重身train up佢, 問題大嗎?

i had directly hire 3 Filipina helpers.

they know the way...

if the maid has no working experience, you need to train her up.

as long as she's willing to learn, there should be no problem.

two of my maids have no working experience. they were in their 20's and it's not too hard to train them up.

Hi,
How to hire the maid directly? I just saw a web where there are maids post there to find job. But checked with friend who work in immigration dept told me that now all the maids must be hired through an agent. Can you tell me more about your case. You may pm me if it is convenient to you. 分分鐘唔係 train her up 咁簡單。

真人真事:

我朋友, 經佢姑奶個打左10幾年工的老賓, direct hire 左老賓的niece。亞 niece 佢係未打過工, 未出過國。請佢前, 老賓信誓旦旦, 會幫手 train, niece 有唔明, 可以問佢。

咁我朋友好放心啦 - 老賓做左10幾年, 自己家人一樣。

結果, niece 來左, 頭一個月, home sick, 一日淨識喊, 老賓都勸掂, 發老脾話叫僱主炒左佢 - 講笑咩? 換人唔水時間唔水洗錢?

第2個月, 玩情緒, 鍾意就做, 唔鍾意就話要辭職。跟手真係遞封辭職信, 要返去結婚。

頭尾唔夠3個月, 我朋友使左足足兩皮野請佢來旅遊。--莫忘記, direct hire 的 agent fee 係高好多架。唔通可以叫老賓賠?
