Hi Toto,
The room rate of Alpensia is W170,000 + 10% per night for 1 bedroom suite, which with free internet, balcony & a kitchenette etc..
And I found out that Alpensia is pretty close to YP, shuttle runs between these 2 resorts... sounds very good. You may consider it for your next trip.

我都係想訂Dragon Valley Hotel, send mail 又係冇覆，尋曰直接打去訂,已经冇房，只有hostel 有.
但我諗應該hold起晒比旅行社和 local. 所以今日試下上網問 Winterfriend

HI BIG MAC16,
我地一行8人打算2月5號去ALPENSIA 住3日再返市中心,5號夜機晨早到仁川機場....宜家都仲諗緊包車定坐的士由機場去ALPENSIA(唔識點坐共車去)...你PLAN好行程未呀?
雖己訂好酒店,但乜都未PLAN連坐咩車頭都大埋......你會TAKE咩車去ALPENSIA?

Venessa, sorry that i missed out your message.

Here is my answer to you and betbetm,.... as per the instructions by Alpensia, we can simply use the shuttle from Jasmil subway station (in Seoul down town) which to Yongpyong Ski Resort, and there is shuttle runs between Yongpyong and ALpensia or you may go by taxi, as they are pretty close.

1) Jasmil subway station -> Yongpyong Ski resort (purple shuttle bus)
2) Yongpyong -> shuttle/taxi -> Alpensia

However, i dont have information regarding the transit from Airport to Alpensia direclty.... maybe you can contact Alpensia for further instructions...

又係我呀! 你係唔係book 左alpensia喇! 想問下龍平去alpensia既shuttles bus係唔係免費架, 如果我有時間都想去睇下. 仲有唔夠一個月就出發喇! 好開心呀! 不過係首爾既行程都未plan tim.

yes, I reserved Alpensia as my ski resort for this time.
and I've reconfirmed with my account manager from Alpensia that shuttles between Yongpyeong & Alpensia is NOT available... so you may need to go by taxi.

Transportation Latest update:
At East Seoul Terminal : Get a bus to Hwanggye Terminal (takes about 2 and half hours. Get a taxi to Alpenisa (takes about 10 mins)

By the way, i haven't make up my plan in Seoul downtown too..... but will not go to Everland for sure. Too cold for children to stay outdoor for whole day...

Thanks for sharing ar, actually i saw the transportation info from Alpensia website that there is a bus runs from Jasmil at around 10am, but i worried that I mis-read the message.

Do you have any idea about that?

Also, do you know where of Jasmil will the bus terminus is?

As I knew that there's no bus runs from Jasmil to Alpensia direclty. Can you show me the website then I can check it out for you.....

See below, if you want to go Alpensia:
East Seoul Terminal (Subway station #214): Get a bus to Hwanggye Terminal (takes about 2 and half hours. Get a taxi to Alpenisa (takes about 10 mins)

For Jasmil, it is a station subway @ green line #2. Terminus is right outside the subway station....

As per the replied from Alpensia... not suggest to use shuttle because booking in advance are required and bus schedule is not fixed. So the simplest way is as mentioned above...

teach 6 year old to ski CNY

Hi there

Would Alpensia or Pheonix be better for kid learning to ski ? Does it other functions aside from skiing (for wife and off skiing times) ? I'm intermediate skier myself.
