maybe some of you already use the same method as me, but i just want to share the good thing to you:
I use Ameda dual pump today, and found that i can pump milk handfree..
if you are wearing the nursing bra, which has 下揭 style and 有扣的。you can insert the pump inside the bra, and then close the 扣。這樣你就雙手可以free !! can massage, can do a lot of things.. very good and conventient.. try it !
