Do you think above policy will affect my schedule
{I told you already, all depend on your Agent
helpful or not. Keep on chasing them for the
Exam schedule & result, then can aviod the delay.}

1) Just in case the new maid's visa approved, but the old maid still in HK. Can I stop the new maid's application or when should I stop the new maid's application?
{Anytime you can stop the visa application even the
visa already released, just inform Immigration
about your decision. Anyway before the maid
come to HK you still can cancel the visa and no
need to pay one month notice.
Better make your decision asap because your new
maid is waiting for you...}

1) 18歲，香港出生的菲律賓人是否能在港定居並工作？
{係香港出生應可在港定居並工作。}

2) 是否所有申請到加拿大工作的菲傭必須是大學畢業？我工人她46歲，並非大學畢業，但她說肯定無問題。
{照可所知就係必須是大學畢業，但可能有例外既。}

3) 我應否和她續約？(她一定會去加拿大)
{我就不會和她續約}

4) 我另有一工人是她弟婦，二人都來自Iloilo city，如果我另請一名新工人，是否最好都來自Iloilo city？有沒有其他省份的工人比較細心？
{我做左20年，真係唔覺得邊個省D妹會特別好}

5) 在香港有沒有顧傭公司能介紹有外國工作經驗(如澳洲、日本等)的菲傭？
{唔覺有工人去澳洲做DH，有去日本但係做歌/舞女唔係DH
通常都係去中東，馬來西亞，台灣做工人比較多}

是否可在她同意下白紙黑字要求３１�１ｏｒ１�２air-tkt，不用十四日ｏｐｅｎ days ，因新年怕ａｉｒ－ｔｋｔ很少．
{可以，記得叫佢白紙黑字手寫及簽名。}

The fees is not compulsory requirement for renewing contract.
{The OWWA insurance ($200) not a requirement
for HK Immigration renew contract.}

Then $200 is paid my me or by my maid???
{You need to pay, based on Labour Law all the
fee PAID in HK for the employment should pay
by the Employer.}

then can I fry her because of this kind of "dishonest" (stated in the termination letter). if i put "job underperformance" would it cause me troubles if she goes to labour dept to ask for help?
{You better stated that her performance not up to your requirement instead of dishonest. Because
By Law she loan money no need to inform you,
that mean she never dishonest to you.}

你意思是我現在不需比解顧信，但我想現在通知她一個月後走，是否都不要比信??
{解顧信:走個日先俾。
一個月通知信而家要俾:例如18/1通知就做到17/2。}

另外我新請的工人是海外的，那麼我是否要通知入境處個舊工人幾時 last day!
{你個Agent無問你咩?要填係申請表ID407K內現工人大約幾時走及退唔退Levy。}

如要寫咁應該點寫呢?
{用中/英文都得、工人名、HKID no.、離開日期、僱主簽名你亦可pm你既fax no.我可俾sample你}

{Usually 7-10 days you can received the acknowledgement card from Immigration with no.}

(2) 要提早幾多時間同佢傾？

(3) 有咩要留意 ?

(4) 續約大約要幾多錢架 ?

My Yan Yan will finish her contract in sep11,2007. I am thinking whether I should renew the 2nd contract with her? She is very good to my 16 months old baby. Her housework chores performance is okay. However, her EQ is very low. Sometimes she always give me this "black face" look. Sometimes when I ask her something, she just answered me without looking at me. She never say good morning to me and when I come back home, she never say a word. Another thing, since she takes care my baby since day one, she know my baby very well. Before my baby always waked up during the night, and I allow her to wake up a about 9:00am (she sleep with my baby). Now she gets up at about 10:30am (sleep around 11:30pm, but she takes a bath from 10:30pm). I am afraid if I tell her to wake up earlier, she will resigned at this moment and nobody will take care of my baby). My husband said I should tell her to wake up early just before I renew the contract with her.

Another question, she will go back to Indonesia in August. She told me she want to go back for a month. How do I count her holidays and no pay leave? Since she is young, 26 but not married, I am afraid she will get pregnant. What can i do to prevent her to get pregnant? Should I ask her to take needles before she go back? Should I give her another body check when she come back to HK if I would like to renew with her.

I have some questions as below, pls help, Thank you very much:

1. If my Indonesia maid open bank account in Indonesia Bank in Hong Kong. Then, after two year later, when she finished her contract and go back home, does she need to closed her bank account in HK (Indonesia Bank)?

2. If she opened her bank account in HK (in Indonesia Bank), can her mother/family member can draw money in Indonesia (the maid still working in HK)?
