of course la.. I know how to take a rest ge... when he is standing in front of me (but not face to me...)

but usually I'll inform instructor know that I've attended some classes before his class ga! so he won't push me too much!

上印度老師堂真係唔係講笑, 同第一堂完全唔同嫁!
一起身老師就叫我地櫃係度, 咁我咪櫃囉, 點知一櫃就有成10分鐘有多, 期間講咩係YOGA, 先再做動作.......呼吸, 呼吸, 再教12式, 佢SHOW一次, 我地再跟...好難跟呀, 我成日都左右轉晒位..HEHE! 仲有, 佢尋日已叫我地做LOTUS +扭麻花, 我唔知個個係咩POST呀! 我地OVERRUN左15分鐘,
我做完成個散晒。TREE POST我仍然做唔到..HEHE!!

the main reason is I only need to consider 3 sides (to avoid touch others)... if sit other places... means 4 sides ... ppl are all surrounding you!

我試過一次坐最前, 做訓地動作時, 好怕撞到個台呀....

just back home...so tired!!

I joined $549/mth, unlimited classes and 1 year contract...I haven't been to other yoga centres, so I can't compare. I am pretty much satisfied with living...it's easy to book a lesson and the lessons are not very crowded compared with the others. (2X, sometimes 3X). I like Karen and Connie. I've tried some others but not quite like them. The facilities are ok.

Only the sales are not good in living.

I hope your friend did enjoy the lesson!

1)me too $549 monthly unlimited 1 yr contract
2)easy booking
3)facilities basiclly ok
4)convenience for myself
5)instructors nice and friendly

1/ copy the web site

2/ 內容列 click URL and then paste the <link> into the blank

3/ after entre, type the name, (what u want) press entre
