my impression is that the 牛肉餅 is not as good as before (or is it just today's quality?).... we called 4 pieces and 3 of them were 'leaking'.... i think it's the chef's skill.... or could be the person who 'wrap' it toooooo thin. i saw the couple sitting opp us also had all the beef juice leaked onto the plate.
but the beef taste about the same as before.
