不論任何一仲保單,每年都一定有手續費要扣,只不過是多or少,所以不論你現時的單or張來買新單,手續費是一定會有的.
我相信要追回所有供款,是會比較困難,除非保險公司承認自己有錯,否則,多數是不會發還所有供款.
rider 是指附加保障,保險公司是會把她們的單分為 basic plan 同 rider ,在一般情况下,客人是要先有basic plan 才可以買 rider plan,因為basic plan 保險公司先至賺得多.
Just wanna highlight some unsophiscated Client behaviour.
They always say they understand when they are asked.
They then forget after buying insurance.
They will tell you I never read the prospectus documents and proposal.
They will tell you they never read the insurance policy
They might tell the agent "Ooooh ! I trust you, don't waste the time to explain"
Your agent may mislead you but no one know (even yourself) what exactly happened that day. It's not fair to blame only one party. Clients are under their obligation to understand and to read.
For agents:-
Quality varies and ethics are not their consideration !!
Both parties are to be blamed. But, quality agents suffer bad reputation due to lots of unethical agents in the industry.
