dance is good too (I love it sooooooooooooo much)... but better to balance if you can.. as only dance will let your legs' muscle become stronger... so the balancing is very important to release the stress/tense... otherwise... legs' muscle will grow up bigger 1 day then 1 day again...

haha... last night my team.. they bought la... wa... shiney vest (silva) but with an big open back (need to add one small bra top inside).

forget to say.. actually I really want to learn Samba (last week the show on TVB...).. but don't have spare time for it la... I told my hubby I'll bring heib to learn together later!

that's why only 'Talk' law... I asked my hubby whether he is interesting to learn together... he said 'mei kou or'... actually he doesn't like music, dance (totally different w. me).
