Do you mean ingredient? I am not sure that but sure without 味精 of course including 臘肉 & 臘腸. My mother said the 臘肉 little bit expensive in this year. Don't be worry, my mother won't be used China 臘肉 & 臘腸 and she will using a 臘肉 & 臘腸 made in Yuen Long (her freind).
